More Than a Platform

Keep Encouraging Yourself is more than a platform, it is a collective of practitioners, facilitators, educators, creatives, and changemakers who share a common commitment: that empowerment is the most powerful force for lasting personal and community transformation.

Built through years of collaboration with schools, organisations, government bodies, diaspora communities, and individuals across sectors, the platform reflects a deeply held belief that no one grows alone. Every workshop facilitated, every video produced, every partnership entered is shaped by the voices, experiences, and contributions of the people and teams we work alongside.

That work has taken us far. Through broadcast media, including a radio segment on The Reggae Voyage (WESU 88.1FM Connecticut, USA) show titled The Diaspora Junction with listenership across the United States of America, Jamaica, the wider Caribbean, England and Africa, government partnerships with the Housing, Opportunity, Production and Employment (HOPE) Programme and the Jamaican Government, collaboration with U.S. government agency the Peace Corps, international programmes such as the International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) which introduced the platform to participants in many parts of Africa and Europe, community engagement, and digital platforms, Keep Encouraging Yourself has reached individuals, schools, and organisations across Jamaica, the United States, England, and Africa, evidence not of ambition, but of what consistent, purposeful work quietly builds over time.

The team works with educators and institutions to build learning environments where students thrive. We work with organisations and HR teams to build workplaces where people are seen, valued, and equipped. We work with communities and civic bodies to build societies where young people have a voice and a future. We work with individuals, wherever they are on their journey, to remind them that growth is always possible.
